Can I view the personal data of my customers at Gerabo and, if necessary, download it and use it for emails and marketing measures, etc.?
No, all app users simply register with an email address. This does not generate any advertising consent. We believe in the great advantage of data economy at Gerabo. Your advantage: You don't have to worry about data protection, storage of data, archiving of signatures on registration forms, etc. There are no barriers to entry for your customers; they will be happy to accept the app because they do not have to give out any personal information. Over 70% of your customers will use the app multiple times. Mandatory registration with the provision of personal information would greatly reduce this value.
How can I add my offers to the app?
We will give you access to the central admin area at www.gerabosystem.de where you can list the products in the “Promotions” section. They are then softly visible to your customers in the app.

How much does the app cost? Why does it cost to set up the app?
Please take a look at the current prices here on the website. The setup is necessary for us to determine your colors, incorporate your logo, and send you 1000 flyers to distribute to your customers.
Can I just use the app without cards in store?
We don't think this makes sense as most customers will use the card rather than the app. Please contact us if you are planning an introduction without a card - we will be happy to make you an individual offer.
Do I need a special scanner to scan cell phones?
Yes, the scanner must be able to scan QR codes and mobile phone screens if you want to use the app in your store. Please contact Schapfl support, who can provide you with immediate information as to whether your scanner meets the required requirements.
Can points be credited if the customer forgets to register?
Yes, you have manual access. Have the customer show you the receipt and reserve the corresponding points.
Can I download the app to have a look in advance?
Yes, please search for the keyword “Gerabo” in your AppStore. If asked for a dealer code after installation, please enter 806-487-819. This is the Gerabo test dealer. A new code would of course be generated for your business.
